Due to our exceptional location by the sea parking is limited. There is ample metered parking up and down Via Lido. We are more than happy to provide quarters if you do not have any with you. Please come inside and grab a few from us!
A Little Touch of Heaven requires a credit card to hold appointments. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, we understand that things come up unexpectedly however we do ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will incur a 50% charge of the service scheduled.
To ensure a Heavenly experience we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment. This will give you time to unwind with a glass of tea pre treatment.
Theres no better gift than a giftcard to A Little Touch of Heaven. Gift cards are available in any amount and are redeemable in services at A.L.T.H. We are happy to send them via U.S.P.S. Please call or email crystal@aliltouchofheaven.com to purchase a gift card.
We ask that those scheduling any appointment at A.L.T.H. are 18 years of age or over, otherwise we will need a parents consent.
Ensuring our guests' safety is crucial. A 'guest-check' form must be completed before each and every treatment begins.

You may opt to leave gratuities for shoulders well rubbed, skin well scrubbed, and...well, you get the idea. The recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash, credit card.
